what label would fit my sound? help meeeee

Post by mudpeople » Fri May 27, 2011 4:31 am

Ive been sending demos to labels, and consistently being told my stuff isnt quite what theyre going for....

I hope to save time asking you, Triplag!

What labels should I try sending my stuff to? My stuff doesnt seem dark enough, to me, for most labels I see on here.

Waiting to hear back from Alex Basilisk regarding my current material, he may be a likely candidate...

I just cant think of any others really...

Fast but melodic? Strong but light?
night but morning too?
im stuck...

Also I guess this could be a thread for others to find proper labels for their sound as well :D

maybe now I can think of a clever name for my style. I haven't been able to think of anything that would be descriptive, cuz its not dark, its not fluffy, its not slow, its not minimal... I really don't give two flops what its called, i just find it kinda funny that it doesn't easily fit an existing term.

Someone earlier called it fullon!! :shocked

In their favor theyre not quite as familiar with psytrance nuances.
