hello my friends :drinks

So after some members said they are intrested in more active forum, I decided to bring a new topic and hear your opinion about this question:

How do you usually starting a track?

for example:
do you start with kick & bass, then percusions, leads etc...?

do you start with some pads and build it from there?

do you open vst with effects making all kind of crazy sounds, and then starting create kick & bass combining the 2?

I am sure everyone has there approach and it intersting to me to hear about how you start it?

any comment will be great :cheerG

I generally start with kick and bass then progress from there.

Also I have found putting "markers" in areas you want to set out for something to happen, i.e. build, drop, etc... is often a good idea :)

I'm digging the whole markers idea. I'll have to try that in my next session
