Loop/Sample exchange

Post by mudpeople » Fri Jun 17, 2011 5:44 pm

Ive been trying to get some kind of loop/sample pool going, mainly as a way to fatten up the percussion section of my live set, and get percussion ideas, I tend to not be so creative when it comes to percussion...

And I tend to record, play with, then discard loops all the time, and figured someone else might want to play with them after me, or something. So Ive been picking out the better ones and putting them up on my FTP.

So, as far as copyright/royalty/CC license, anything made by me is public domain copylefted whatever, use and abuse and refuse all you want. The stuff that I didnt make myself isnt all copylefted, though, but you should be able to tell, theyre the ones with teh .doc or .txt accompanying. Lots of these Ive had for so long that I dont remember where they came from let alone license info, so if anything is licensed, please let me know! I try to keep it all public domain and royalty free.

So!

I bet others have loops too.

Or samples.

Would anyone else care to share? Ill host it, just be sure to include any license info.

Also BPM, key, length, and basic stats are nice, not necessary though.

Link me here, soundcloud, facebook, isratrance, or mudpeople123@hotmail.com

And if no one contributes, well...

Enjoy the loops anyway :D
